Approach

Context of
organ donation

When it comes to organ donation in Australia, a donor's decision to donate organs can be overridden by their families who may not be aware of the donor's wishes. 

This campaign focuses on encouraging all Australians to have a conversation about organ donation with their families so that their families are fully aware of the donor's choice. 

Ask the Hard Questions approaches this message with a single narration and humorously challenges viewers to have those hard questions with those closest to them.


APPROACH

Community Service Announcement

After 2012's FilmLife competition, the video was commissioned as Community Services Announcements by The Australian Organ and Tissue Authority. 

Ask the Hard Questions was launched as a community service announcement in Dec 2012. It is currently distributed as 30 & 90 sec versions on select Australian Foxtel channels and Val Morgan cinema network.
