Product Design

Josephine is a UK-based Design Lead specialising in Product & User Experience Design. She has had experience leading projects at Meta (Facebook) and the BBC, designing across mobile, desktop and interactive TV platforms for both B2C and B2B products.

In her recent 6 years at Meta London, she led designs in both an IC Lead and design manager capacity. As a product designer she supported a cross-functional team of 30 people, and as a product design manager she supported 4-8 product designers (across all levels from junior to senior, each leading multi-project portfolios), based in UK & US locations, and was responsible for directing the work of a pillar of 250 people.

Interactive Stories

Josephine has independently produced interactive storytelling experiences, and won the European People’s Lovie Award for Best Internet Video Documentary for interactive documentary Miner’s Walk.
